Investigation launched after spate of car break-ins in Aberdeen

The incidents happened in the early hours of the 29th July

An investigation is underway after four vehicles were broken into at various locations in Aberdeen.

Police have said the incidents happened in the Mastrick, Sheddocksley and Stocketbill areas between 2am and 5am on Sunday, 29th July.

Four cars were broken into on Hillylands Road, Tiree Crescent, Kirkwall Avenue and Kings Gate and items stolen from within.

PC David Gardner of the Whinhill Community Policing Team said:

"We are appealing for information about these incidents and urge anyone with information to contact Police.

"If anyone has CCTV in these areas or nearby, please check the footage for anything suspicious. I am particularly interested in any footage which captures three persons together dressed all in black."`
