Heroin and crack cocaine recovered in Kittybrewster
The drugs had a street value of over £2,600
More than £2,600 worth of heroin and crack cocaine was recovered in Kittybrewster yesterday, with five people charged with the alleged supply of controlled drugs.
Two 19-year-old men, a 26-year-old man and a 27-year-old man were charged, along with a 36-year-old woman.
Detective Constable Robert Graham said: "As part of Police Scotland's commitment to tackle county lines drug dealing, an intelligence-led operation was carried out in the Jute Street area of Aberdeen.
"A quantity of heroin and crack cocaine were recovered and five people were arrested.
"Anyone with information about drug dealing is encouraged to contact Police Scotland on 101."
