Woman jailed after killing baby with cling film in Fraserburgh
Ineta Dzinguviene's expected to be deported back to Lithuania
A woman who murdered her newborn son in Fraserburgh has been sentenced to eight-and-a-half-years.
Ineta Dzinguviene admitted the culpable homicide of her son in 2009, on the grounds of diminished responsibility.
She'd previously been found guilty of murder, though that charge was quashed due to her mental state.

Dzinguviene, who was sentenced at the High Court in Glasgow, had her charge cut from 10 years due to her guilty please.
It's been backdated to April 2010 when she was first remanded in custody, meaning she's effectively served her sentence.
However, she is expected to be deported to Lithuania to serve a separate sentence for the murder of her other child, who was just three-days-old, in 2009.
