Five Aberdeen fans are to stand trial in Dundee, accused of trying to fight rival fans on their way to a Scottish Premiership match in the city.

Anthony Steppie, Euan Stevenson, David Gowans, Kennedy Miskimmons and Scott Steppie all appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court today, accused of football hooliganism offences around the game between the Dons and United at Tannadice back in December.

They all deny the charges and a trial date has been set for August.
