Firefighters Battle Blaze At Derelict Building In Aberdeenshire
More than 30 firefighters have tackled a fire at a derelict building in Aberdeenshire in the early hours of this morning.
The blaze broke out at the Sandford Lodge in Boddam at around 2:30am.
Fire crews tackled the fire, on the ground floor, for around five hours before it was put out at 7:15am.
A joint inquiry between the Fire Service and Police Scotland has been launched to try and determine whether this was a case of deliberate fire raising.
