Final layout for Haudagain junction revealed
Transport Minister Humza Yousaf said he was pleased to be able to publish the orders for one of the North East’s worst bottlenecks, which confirm the line of the route.
The final layout for Aberdeen’s Haudagain has been revealed by Transport Scotland.
Transport Minister Humza Yousaf said he was pleased to be able to publish the orders for one of the North East’s worst bottlenecks, which confirm the line of the route.
Mr Yousaf said:
“For years drivers in the north east have endured tailbacks and delays at the A90 / A96 Haudagain roundabout. We have been unwavering in our commitment to improve traffic at the Haudagain roundabout to provide much needed relief to drivers and communities in the area and find a solution to this longstanding bottleneck.”
Provided there are no hold-ups, work on the new Haudagain scheme will start by the end of the year.
