Drugs worth nearly £40,000 found in Aberdeen

Three men have been charged following the raids yesterday

Almost £40,000 worth of drugs has been found by police in Aberdeen.

Heroin, cocaine and cannabis were discovered by officers in Sheddocksley and Tillydrone.

Three men will appear at the city's sheriff court later today.

They're aged 25, 28 and 38.

Detective Inspector Allen Shaw said: "We would like to thank members of the public who have assisted us with our enquiries.

"We are committed to targeting those who are involved in the illegal supply of drugs but we cannot do this alone.

"We rely on our communities to report any suspicious or concerning behaviour to us and we are grateful to those who have got in touch.
