Dozens hurt in slips and falls
There's been a sevenfold increase in the number of people attending A and E at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for slips and falls since the wintry weather reached the Granite City.
93 people have been hurt in slips and falls in just one day, as Aberdeen is hit by a cold snap. The total last Monday was just 13. It's led to concerns about the icy conditions on our pavements. The City Council say they've got 1200 miles of footways to look after, and they have to prioritise. We've spoken to one those treated at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary's A and E yesterday.
