Dons skipper could be set for comeback
Ryan Jack in line for Dens Park clash
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes is hopeful captain Ryan Jack will return for Saturday's trip to Dundee.
The midfielder has missed the last two games with an ankle injury, and was joined on the sidelines by Barry Robson, who suffered a similar injury.
McInnes told his club's official website: Ryan's done a lot of work over the last couple of days and he's more likely to have a chance to be involved on Saturday than Barry Robson, who hasn't been able to get back on to the training pitch yet so he might be another week.''
Meanwhile, the Dons boss is relishing the prospect of a William Hill Scottish fourth-round tie against Hearts in Edinburgh following Tuesday's draw.
There's not many tougher but, equally, what a tie,'' he said.
We'll have a strong support down there and Tynecastle always lends itself to a great atmosphere and it'll be a great game for the players to look forward to.
We play them at home in a fortnight and we've already won down there but I think both camps would recognise it's two good teams on their day and it'll be difficult but I think everyone at Hearts will be saying the same thing.''
