Demolition of Historic Ballater Railway Station To Cost £150,000
A new report has shown that the demolition of the historic Ballater Railway Station will cost around £150,000.
Back in May, three quarters of the 150-year-old building was destroyed in a non-suspicious fire.
Aberdeenshire Council have promised to restore the building, but the ruins need to be demolished before work can begin.
The station was used by the Royal family for a century between 1866 and 1966.
