Man in hospital following incident with cow in Aberdeenshire

A man's been left with serious injuries after being charged by a cow in Aberdeenshire.
Emergency services including police officers, fire crews and paramedics were called to Upper Benwells Farm in Maud at 7.15am yesterday morning.
The 60-year-old man was found unconscious and was airlifted to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where he is still being treated for his injuries.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue service confirmed they attended the incident following a call from the Scottish Ambulance Service, and sent one appliance to the scene.
He is thought to have suffered serious injuries, and Police were unable to confirm his condition but it's understood he's in a serious condition.
