Aberdeen City Councillor Ross Thomson is urging Aberdonians to sign a petition calling for the closure of one of Aberdeen's legal highs stores.

The petition, which was created by ACT Aberdeen, who are situated across from the store on King Street, is an attempt to shut down of the shop named 'Harminasion'.

The store opened up at the beginning of the summer, and worried many locals and parents sending their children to summer workshops at the Arts Centre.

The petition has already gained over 750 signatures, but it's hoped it can recieve over 1,000.

The petition will then be submitted to the city council, where it will be discussed at a petitions committe.

Councillor Ross Thomson has already said he believes it could be the largest petition the city council has ever seen.
