Cars vandalised on Christmas Day

A string of cars have been vandalised on Christmas Day in Aberdeen. Eight vehicles were scratched on Brierfield Terrace - police say there's been thousands of pounds worth of damage.

Police Scotland is appealing for information after a number of vehicles were vandalised in the Woodside area of Aberdeen over Christmas.

It happened between 1:30pm on Thursday 25 December and 10:30am on Friday 26 December on Brierfield Terrace.

The scratched vehicles are a silver Volkswagen Golf, a gold Volkswagen Golf, a silver Ford Ka, a blue Honda Civic, a black Skoda Superb, a silver Ford Fiesta, a silver BMW and a BMW X5.

Thousands of pounds worth of damage was caused.
