Body Found At Banff Harbour Had "Been In Water For Some Time"
Police say a body that was found in the water at a Banff Harbour this afternoon, had "been in the water for some time".
The body - which police say they don't know whether it is a male or female - was discovered at 1:30pm this afternoon.
Police and the Coastguard were called when the body was seen in the water.
Police say their enquiries are at a very early stage.
