Berryden corridor: 100 plots under compulsory purchase order.
Planning permission could be lodged early next year.
Aberdeen City Council are pushing ahead with compulsory purchase orders for the Berryden Corridor.
They've announced they're going to buy up all the property they need to make the improvements - about a hundred plots.
But it's been almost three years since residents were first told they'd have to move out, and concerns have been raised about how long it's taken to get to this point.
Locals are now waiting to be told how much they'll get - and if all goes to plan, planning permission can be lodged early next year.
