The Draft Project, which was at the centre of outrage at clips shared online of celebrations during the Scotland Vs Serbia game earlier this month has been granted an occasional license.

A full meeting of the licensing board this afternoon decided to grant the occasional license to the bar, on the condition no televisions would be allowed in the venue.

The vote was drawn 3-3, with Councillor Marie Boulton as the Convener being given the deciding vote.
