Armed Police Attend Incident In Peterhead
Police have been called to an ''ongoing'' disturbance at an address in Meethill Place, Peterhead.
The road has been closed as a result.
Firearms officers are assisting local policing units.
Police Scotland say "the situation is contained and there is no threat to the wider public. Officers are involved in negotiations to bring the situation to a swift and safe conclusion."
