WATCH: Aberdeen FC Women look to put injury woes behind them
Co-Manager Gavin Beith thinks things are looking up for Aberdeen Women, despite defeat to Celtic on Sunday
Aberdeen FC Women are hoping to put their injury woes behind them, and turn their form around.
The Dons are without a win in eight, losing all but one of those games.
But that comes after a tough run of fixtures, where the Reds have played all of the top half side.
They now sit second bottom of the division, but fixtures against many of the sides surrounding the Dons are coming up.
They haven't had their troubles to seek, with injuries plaguing the squad since the beginning of the season.
Captain Kelly Forrest and last season top goalscorer Bayley Hutchison have both barely played this season.
But both are back fit now, the pair started in Sunday's 3-1 defeat to Celtic, Hutchison scoring the only goal of the game for the visitors.
A number of other key players have had injuries throughout the last few months.
Only Eva Thomson was missing at the weekend though, and she's expected back in training this week.
Co-Manager Gavin Beith says he and Emma Hunter saw a lot of positives in Sunday's game, one which saw the Dons led for much of it.
He's also happy to swap one selection headache for another - but this time, the much more welcome issue of choosing players over others.
