Shetland Islands Council's got a new finance chief - and it's a bit of a suprise. Steve Whyte is already the senior finance officer for Aberdeen.
The man in charge of Aberdeen City Council's finances is taking charge of Shetland's as well. Steve Whyte's been the Head of Finance at the town house for more than year. Now he'll be splitting his time between the Granite City and Lerwick
Leader of the City Council Jenny Laing says she's delighted he'll be taking on the dual role.
She thinks it could bring big benefits to both local authorities, in terms of sharing knowledge and expertise.
