Aberdeen 'receive £4.8m bid' for teenager Calvin Ramsey
Italian side Bologna have reportedly made a new offer for the defender
Aberdeen have been offered £4.8million for youngster Calvin Ramsey, according to reports.
The 18-year old has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Pittdorie this campaign, playing 14 times in the Premiership and recording four assists.
Various reports now suggest Italian side Bologna have followed up on their interest with a multi-million pound bid.
The Serie A side already have Scottish representation in their squad with Aaron Hickey impressing for them this season.
Bologna are now looking to add to that after selling Danish winger Andreas Skov Olsen to Belgian side Club Brugge yesterday.
They are one of a number of clubs who have been tracking Ramsey's progress this season.
Manchester United, Newcastle, Tottenham and Leicester have all been credited with an interest in the Scotland youth international.
The Dons have stood firm in their valuation of the defender, but this new offer is set to test their resolve.
