There are many discussions still to be had before Aberdeen's new stadium can be built,

But chairman Dave Cormack says there's a strong case for having Pittodrie's replacement on the beach front, as part of the city centre regeneration project.

But according to Cormack the earliest we could expect the Reds' new home to be ready would be season 2025-26.

Planning permission was granted for a new stadium at Kingsford back in 2018 and that remains an option.
