5 teenagers arrested over gang attack in Aberdeen

A 53year-old man was assaulted on Balnagask Road in Torry last month.

Last month we appealed for information following the alleged assault of a 53-year-old man in Balnagask Road, Torry, Aberdeen, on Friday, 26 March. Five people, aged between 16 and 18 years, are the subject of report to the Procurator Fiscal in connection with the incident.

Constable Tom Garrahan from the Torry Community Policing Team, said:

"Thankfully on this occasion the man was not seriously injured but it was very frightening for him to experience.

"We won't tolerate anti-social behaviour and we will continue work with our partners and community to make Torry a safer place."
