Officers in Aberdeen are appealing for information following the theft of three motocross motorbikes plus a set of golf clubs from the Dyce area.

The theft, from a securely locked garage, occurred sometime between Friday 24 August and Sunday 28 August 2018 in the Grampian Gardens area of Dyce.

The items taken are thought to be valued at around a mid four figure sum of money.

Investigating officer PC Sarah Appleby from the Bucksburn Community Policing Team said: "The motorbikes taken are quite distinctive and were a Blue Sherco 300 trial bike, a green Kawasaki K80 cross bike and a black and red Stomp 140 Pittbike.

"It is thought that they would have required to have been transported away from the address rather than driven away.

"If anyone heard or saw anything over the weekend in the Grampian Gardens area of Dyce I would ask that they get in contact, and similarly if anyone has seen three motorbikes being unloaded or noticed them over the last few days I would ask that they call Police Scotland quoting reference 4192 of 28 August."
