Every week through the summer we’re featuring five local events, perfect to for the family.
MINTLAW BIG WEEKENDER
Mintlaw Boys Club & Mintlaw Gala has this year joined together to bring a full weekend of activities for all the family.
Held at Aden Country Park on both Saturday and Sunday, expect dance group displays, dog shows, food and drink, and bouncy castles.
Sunday includes the popular Pipe Band championships.
Gates open 11am.

TARLAND SHOW
The annual Tarland Show takes place at the showfield this Saturday.
Agricultural displays and livestock, local food and drink, sports and pet parades!
...and don't miss the tractor football too.
Saturday from 10am.
ABERDEENSHIRE RFC RUGBY FORCE DAY
Aberdeenshire RFC are holding their 'Rugby Force Day' on Saturday.
Join them for a fun day of activities including rugby touch games, face painting plus food and drink stalls.
Look out for an appearance from a Scotland International Player too!
Saturday, from 10am at Woodside Sports Complex in Aberdeen.

ABERDEEN RESTAURANT WEEK
The now annual restaurant week runs until next Sunday.
Cafes, bars, and restaurants within Aberdeen will be offering a range of dishes and cuisines as a fixed price menu for the duration of the event - £10, £15, £20, and £25 menus. Tasting menus are also available.

SCOTTISH CHAMPIONSHIP TRACTOR PULL
Scotland's largest tractor pulling event takes place this weekend at the track, near Dunecht.
This year the championships include 8 classes over the two days - including the Saturday evening floodlit event.
Alongside the spectacle of tracks giving it their all you'll find food and drink, a DJ - you can even camp!
