Pete Wicks admits 'jealousy' over Sam Thompson's I'm A Celeb bromances
Sam bonded with Tony Bellew and Marvin Humes
King of the Jungle Sam Thompson made some firm friendships whilst on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, including forming bromances with boxer Tony Bellew and JLS star Marvin Humes.
However, Sam's best friend Pete Wicks has admitted to feeling a little bit of jealousy when watching his pal make new friendships.
Discussing Sam's new mates on their Staying Relevant podcast, Pete said: "I said before you went away that I was most scared of you getting a bromance and leaving me behind. That started with Marvin - with the singing and the hugging. And then it completely and utterly destroyed me when Tony came in."
Explaining that he knew Pete was feeling a little jealous when they reunited, Sam added: "One of the first things Pete said to me was, 'What's this about Marvin and Teddy T? It was at that moment I knew that was Pete was jealous."
Meanwhile, after flying out to Australia to support Sam, Pete was linked to Danielle Harold, with the pair being pictured together at the I'm A Celeb wrap party.
However, appearing on Loose Women on Tuesday (19th December), Danielle addressed the rumours. Telling the panel that she's been friends with Pete for years, Danielle said: "We've been laughing so much. No, we've been laughing so much. We come out and you go out with all the friends and family, but me and Pete are just good friends. Have been for years, but we've been having a good giggle about it."
