It’s only been a few months since Lucas Johnson returned to Walford but next week on EastEnders it looks like he’s ready to date.
Lucas has gotten himself involved in Chelsea Fox’s drama and has even managed to ruffled Denise Fox and Jack Branning’s feathers but when he bumps into Karen Taylor, they end up going on a date…
However Karen has no idea about Lucas’ true identity – will he tell her?
Meanwhile it looks like love is also in the air for Peter Beale and Ash Panesar who finally give things a go… until Suki Panesar interrupts them.
Bobby Beale heads out on a date, Ruby Allen continues to grieve and Jay Brown and Billy Mitchell are at odds over Janet. Plus, Bailey Baker is left in a fragile state.

The week begins with Jack telling Denise about Chelsea propositioning and blackmailing him. When Denise confronts her daughter, Chelsea just blames her parents for her actions.
After chatting in the Laundrette, Lucas and Karen agree to go out for a drink together however he introduces himself as Jordan. During their date, Karen takes a picture of 'Jordan' and sends it to the family chat…
Peter and Ash flirt up a storm but when Suki dampens the mood, Peter rushes out. However he later confronts Suki and asks if she's going to be a problem.
Bobby heads out on a date after matching with someone on an app – but when he sees Jade, he's left feeling extremely nervous.
Ruby wants to move on from what happened which leaves Martin concerned. However after sharing a moment with Hope, she's hit with grief again.
A talent agent scouts Janet for a new advert and while Billy is chuffed, Honey is hesitant.
Jay and Billy argue over who will go with Janet to the audition, but following a miscommunication neither of them pick her up from the audition and they're left panicking when the place is empty.
Bailey is feeling down as Mother's Day approaches but after Isaac Baptiste encourages her to take part in the school science competition, she's left feeling triumphant after getting through to the next round.
However when Bernie tells them something has happened to Bronson and he has to be put down, a fragile Bailey is left devastated.
