Zayn has kicked off his UK tour!
Last updated 4th Dec 2024
Despite dropping four studio albums as a solo artist since leaving One Direction in 2015, Zayn Malik has never actually been on tour, but that's all changed now!
Zayn gate crashed The Jimmy Fallon Show over in America back in September to announce he would be embarking on a tour across the US and UK.
Appearing next to Jimmy Fallon during the live show, Zayn plays a snippet of his music on his laptop, before handing the host a note which reads: 'Hey Jimmy, great to see you mate. I'm going on me first-ever solo tour this autumn so maybe when you're done picking apples with your buds, you can come check out my Stairway To The Sky Tour across the US and UK. I'm making an official announcement tomorrow morning, let me know what date you want tickets for'. (sic)
After dropping his fourth studio album 'Room Under the Stairs' back in May, Zayn has been teasing his social media followers in recent weeks, hinting at a big announcement.
Zayn shared a black and white video of himself holding an aerial, with his voice saying: "I know it took a while, but we're here."
On Wednesday 18th September, Zayn revealed all, confirming he will be heading to the UK in November and early December.
When is Zayn going on tour?
Taking to Instagram, Zayn announced he's playing dates in the US and UK in October, November and December 2024 on his 'STAIRWAY TO THE SKY TOUR'.

'This time I really mean soon 😂 see you in 35 days….
'Tickets on sale Saturday but VIP Key holders will get first access to tickets beginning tomorrow'. (sic)
Following the sad passing of his former band mate Liam Payne, Zayn has now postponed the US dates of his tour until January 2025.

'I'm so sorry to do this but my voice just isn't there at all tonight and without it there's no show. I'm truly sorry to let you down, especially at such short notice...I held onto hope until the very last moment. I'm hopeful with some rest tonight I'll be back on stage tomorrow. My deepest apologies Newcastle. Love you all xx.'
