One Direction's Louis Tomlinson Clattered At Charity Football Match
The singer also vomited on the pitch
Poor Louis Tomlinson. The One Direction star was clattered by a Premiership footballer at a charity match yesterday (8th September).
Louis was playing in Stilyan Petrov’s charity game at Celtic Park, Glasgow when shortly after half-time Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor smashed into him.
The 1D star writhed about on the floor before, looking shell-shocked, he eventually hobbled onto his feet.
To make matters worse for Louis, he also vomited on the sidelines of the pitch when a wave of nausea came over him.
You can watch the crunching challenge below.
Shortly after the game, Agbonlahor confirmed that he will be apologising to Louis.
He told the Daily Mirror: “It was just one of those things. I’ll apologise to Louis when we meet up with everybody else after the game.
“I know he enjoyed playing in the game and it’s fantastic that he took time out to be here, and the same with everybody who played.”
60,000 people turned out for the charity game held for Petrov, who was forced to quit football earlier this year after being diagnosed with acute leukaemia.
