Jess Glynne confirms delayed release date for her new album

Pop star Jess Glynne has confirmed that she will be delaying the release date of her second album. Telling her followers on Instagram that they can expect her new album in October - rather than September - she said, 'My album is now coming out on 12th October.'

The 'Real Love' singer went on to say 'I needed to make sure it was the right time and that everything was perfect and pushing it back to then has allowed me to do that. All the love always I promise it will be worth the wait xxx'.

Following the announcement of the new release date for her new album fans have excitedly left comments saying, 'Yay I can wait to hear it!', '😍😍😍😍😍 can't wait' and 'It’ll be worth it 👌🏽'.

Jess's new album, 'Always In Between', will be the follow up to her 2015 album, 'I Cry When I Laugh' which reached Number 1 in the UK. Her debut album had five Top 10 singles including, 'Right Here', 'Hold My Hand', and 'Real Love' with Clean Bandit.

'A&E' - featuring Kandaka Moore and Nikki Cislyn, 2012

Clean Bandit's first single was a collaboration with Kandaka Moore and Nikki Cislyn. 'A&E' was released in 2012, and peaked at number 100 on the UK charts. Kandaka is best known for this song and for appearing as a dancer in Clean Bandit's music video for 'Tears', whereas Nikki (real name Nicole Marshall) is a singer-songwriter signed to Sony Music Entertainment.

Already in her astonishing career, Jess has scored seven number one singles – three as a solo artist, ‘Hold My Hand’, ‘Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself’ and recent smash ‘I’ll Be There’, and four chart-topping collaborations with Clean Bandit, Route 94, Tinie Tempah and Rudimental.

The singer also made UK Chart history back in March when she took over Cheryl Tweedy to become the first British female solo artist to score six UK Number 1 singles. As if this wasn’t impressive enough, it has taken the 28-year-old only FOUR years to do so!
