Frightmare

Frightmare opens on Friday 28th September and runs every Friday and Saturday through October and on the 31st.

Are you prepared to be scared? Get ready to take a journey, where your bravery will be tested and your sanity questioned. Come catch the last train with us... To hell!

Frightmare is a haunted house walk-through in the depths of Innoflate's building (not on the Inflatable) . Rated 15a (adult guidance is required for under 15's) this experience is not for the faint of heart, tapping into true horror and taking you on a descent into madness.

Pink Lotus Yoga Festival 2018

Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 September 2018 at the Trinity Hall, Holburn Street.

Reckon you could do 108 Sun Salutations? Of course you can!!

The Pink Lotus Yoga Festival invites you to come along, give yourself a challenge and take part in 108 Sun Salutations.

You can also check out a variety of yoga classes, workshops, local teachers, prasadam (vegetarian meal) and some stalls to explore.

All money raised at the weekend will go to two different charities. Cash For Kids and Arunachalam Trust.

We’d love you and as many people as possible to get involved and raise as much money as we can! This is your chance to enjoy some different styles of yoga, do your first year – or your eleventh year – of 108 Sun Salutations – breath, meditate, sing, chant, explore – and give back by helping to raise money for good causes.

We are Aberdeen

Saturday 29th September 2018 from 7pm at Aberdeen Arts Centre

Aberdeen Arts Centre are getting ready for round 2 of 'We Are Aberdeen!'

You might have seen this last year and as it was a great success, they've decided to do it again this year.

They will be showcasing some of the most vibrant and exciting up and coming talent across a wide range of art forms.

There will be a diverse programme to be entertained by, from Bhangra Crew performing a modern fusion of Indian Dance to The Script Buskers... remember how AWESOME they were?

All money raised from the event will go towards STV's Children's appeal to support local vulnerable children and young people throughout Scotland.

Peterhead Seafood Festival 2018

Saturday 29th September in Peterhead Town centre from 12pm until 5pm

We all know Peterhead is famous for it's fantastic fishing heritage and world-class seafood, don't we?

Peterhead Seafood Festival will be a celebration of that showcasing the stunning seafood that can be found at Peterhead's fish market.

So if you a fancy some fish this weekend, you know where to go for the freshest, tastiest most delicious fish around.

The event will be held in Peterhead Town Centre (Chapel Street, Marischal Street and Queen Street) and you will find market stalls, music and a children’s play area!

Sunday 30 September 2018 from 2pm to meet outside Ellon Academy

How do you fancy a little bit of fitness this weekend?

You're invited to take part in a 5K walk/jog/run (whatever you want to do really) with your doggy!

There's a goody bag in it for you. (That got your attention, didn't it? hehe!)

This is an event to raise money for the SSPCA and you are also welcome to take part even if you don't have a dog.

It will start outside the community complex in Ellon, alongside the river, through the centre of Ellon to the Gordon Park before turning around and heading back the same way.
