Duthie Park Open Day

Sunday 19th August 2018 from 12noon at Duthie Park

This week we’re heading to the Friends of Duthie Park Open Day!

What can you find there?

You will find Horse & Cart Rides; Bouncy Castles; a Granite City Fitness Obstacle Course & Truck Pull; WrestleZone Scotland and the Aberdeen FC Community Trust ‘Speed Cage’!

Spike the talking Cactus and McPuddock will be in the Winter Gardens!

You'll also find the Northsound 1 Summer team will be making an appearance with the beach so you can take a pic for your social media and be in with the chance of winning some cash!

Aberdeen Lifeboat Station Open Day

Sunday 19th August from 11am at Victoria Dock Entrance

Take the whole family to the Aberdeen Lifeboat Station Open Day this Sunday.

Its the last day of the school hols - let loose and come join the fun!

The event will be free to attend and all donations are welcome to RNLI funds.

What can you do?

You can meet the crew and the famous mascot 'Stormy Stan' whilst checking out Aberdeen's all-weather and inshore lifeboats!

You will also be able to meet the Aberdeen Coastguard Rescue Team, Police Scotland North East Police Division, Scottish Fire and Rescue and the Scottish Ambulance Serviced too.

Fancy some grub?

You'll find tea, tray bakes, a BBQ and an ice cream van incase you get peckish!

If you like a pipeband, you're in luck. You'll also find RNLI Souvenirs, games, a tombola and a raffle.

Vintage Rally at Crathes

Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th August 2018 from 10am

If you haven't been out to Deeside in a while, check it out this weekend because there is something you might like!

This is the annual Vintage Rally at the Milton Events Field at Crathes. One of the coolest things we heard is that there will be a chance to watch...

Blended Art Exhibition

17th & 18th August at the Coffee House on Gaelic Lane, Aberdeen.

Six female artists - from Finland, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Scotland, and Zimbabwe - currently based in Scotland, have come together to exhibit their work. By blending their creativity together, they make a difference in the country they all now call home, and hope to bring together community through art.

The BLENDED Art Exhibition opens at 6pm on the 17th of August at the Coffee House on Gaelic Lane in Aberdeen and runs until 9pm on Saturday 18th August.

This is FREE to attend and welcome to everyone.

The perfect celebration before the kids go back to school!

Love Rara's Award Winning Big Summer Blowout is back. If you've seen the Love Rara characters, you'll know they are fab.

The show is amazing, it is high energy and a live interactive show with all your fave characters. Perfect to keep the kids occupied!
