Passing Hazlehead Park this weekend?

Why not pop into the Winter Wonderland to visit Santa and his reindeer!

There will be lots of craft stalls (perfect for starting/finishing your Christmas shopping), there will be a Rock Choir, Hazlehead School Choir, the Cairngorm Reindeers and Bon Accord Silver Band

WOW! We're so spoilt here in the North-east. The event is free for you and your family to come along to but donations are very welcome to Friends of Hazlehead.

Fancy it but need to know more? Head here.

Diving Santa and Fishmas

Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th from 10am at Macduff Aqarium

This event is so unusual, we really had to tell you about it! (It gave us a good giggle)

We all know that Santa is a very talented man. He manages to get around the whole world and spoil as many kids as he can before Christmas... What a legend.

We did NOT know he can also DIVE!?!

Santa will be visiting Macduff aquarium this weekend and will be diving into the fish tank at 2pm.

We have been told there will be lots of 'fishmas' fun including festive crafts, a fishmas trail AND carol singing!

You will also get a chance to win a lovely prize as there are prize giveaways each day.

Guess where we're going this weekend?

Aberdeen Christmas Village - Open Air Ice Rink

Various dates and times across the week and weekend

Well. What can we say, the Christmas Village is just fantastic this year.

Grab a pal, your family or your partner, have a mulled wine and scout the lovely little craft stalls filled with local people and local products.

Its a perfect opportunity to start your Christmas shopping and/or take the kids for some festive fun!

There is an ice rink if you would like to have a little skate

AND for those a little older than the kids, there is a bar (perhaps good for when you have the babysitter round - ha ha) which looks super cosy and warm.

The Christmas Village is on Broad Street this year, right next to Marishal College which looks fantastic lit up at night!

If you have a spare hour or 2, we truly recommend popping by.

Santa's grotto at Den and the Glen

Various dates from 10am until 5pm at Den and the Glen in Maryculter

Are you anywhere near Maryculter this weekend?

You and the kids might be able to spot Santa!!!

If you haven't managed to tell Santa what you want for Christmas yet...

He will be in his grotto for you to go and see and of course, when you see him, he does give you a gift.

The event is for a good cause and all proceeds will be donated to CLAN Cancer support.

Peter Pan Panto

Various dates and times at the Tivoli Theatre

You know who Peter Pan is, right?

He's the boy who never grew up!

Why not take the kids to visit Neverland with Wendy Darling and her brothers, who meet the lost boys and the Indian Princess, Tiger Lilly.

Oh and remember evil Captain hook and his band of pirates?

He will also be there, so watch out!

You will find out if Captain Hook ever gets his revenge on Peter Pan with his unfortunate dealings with the crocodile that has left him with a hook for a hand.

If you want tickets, head here.

Whatever you get up to this weekend, we hope you have a fabulous one. We'll be back on your radio from 6am every weekday. You can listen live HERE.
