This is perfect for this weekend and its the FINAL day!
TechFest is an annual science festival aimed at both children and adults. Now into their 25th anniversary, TechFest attracts thousands of eager scientists and features a broad range of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) events, workshops, tours and talks across Aberdeen.
Last year’s festival examined all things online, from how digital technology will revolutionise our homes in the future to how our personal information is used (and often abused) on the internet. A diverse range of speakers took part including ethical hacker Jamie Woodruff, electrical engineer Dr Trina Dinnis, and wildlife presenter / cameraman Gordon Buchanan. TechFest also features an expansive programme of year-round educational events for schools and young people.

Unicorn grooming & meet the ponies
Sunday 23rd September 2018 from 2.30pm at Bewlade Farm, Aboyne.
We saw 'Unicorn' and we couldn't resist...
Pop along to Bewlade Farm this weekend and meet some of their current residents. Have a go at grooming their unicorn for the day, add some glitter, sparkle and lots of pretty accessories (one for the kids... and maybe adults too!)
This is a great fun way to learn about grooming the importance of it and tools used while doing so in a really fun interactive way.
Only thing is, you have to come dressed for the weather as it might be a little windy this weekend.
