Princess Eugenie announces the birth of baby boy revealing traditional name

Taking to Instagram, Princess Eugenie has announced the arrival of a little boy, a younger brother to August known as Augie. Eugenie revealed the little boy's name as Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank and also shared the inspirations behind his name.

She captioned her photos: 'Jack and I wanted to share the news that we had our little boy, Ernest George Ronnie Brooksbank on 30th May 2023 at 8.49 weighing 7.1lbs.

'He is named after his great great great Grandfather George, his Grandpa George and my Grandpa Ronald.

'Augie is loving being a big brother already.

'💙❤️💙❤️'

Since posting the lovely news thousands of messages of congratulations have come in for Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank. One fan wrote: 'Oh GORGEOUS. Congratulations my love 💙💙', with another commenting: 'He's so cute, congratulations! Your boys will grow up to be good and caring gentlemen with such wonderful parents💞'.

Another wrote: 'Congratulations!! He's precious. Bless your beautiful family.'

Princess Eugenie and Jack married back in 2018 and the couple welcomed their first son, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank in 2021. Princess Eugenie announced her second pregnancy back in January this year.
