Ed Sheeran has reportedly made an incredible gesture to his new wife Cherry Seaborn, renaming a pub within the grounds of his Suffolk estate after her. The pair tied the knot last year, around Christmas time, in a 'secret ceremony'.

The 'Shape Of You' singer has been described by neighbours as achieving "every bloke's dream", having his very own pub within his estate. Naming it 'The Lancaster Lock', the pub is thought to be a lovely tribute to his wife, who's full name is Cherry Lancaster Seaborn.

Sporting a 15ft sign above the door, passers-by have described the pub's new look as "incredible", with a source saying, "The sign is massive, which came as a bit of a surprise, but everyone locally is pleased to have Ed here and he’s always been a perfect neighbour."

The boozy den is said to have underground rooms and a tunnel leading to the main house.

Ed took to Instagram early last year (January 2018) to announce that him and Cherry were engaged. The 28-year-old shared an adorable, loved-up snap of the couple writing, 'Got myself a fiancé just before new year. We are very happy and in love, and our cats are chuffed as well xx' sic.

The pair were married by the end of the year in a top-secret winter ceremony at his country estate in Suffolk.
