CBB's Chloe Khan shocks fans with tiny waist following surgery to remove fat

Former Celebrity Big Brother contestant Chloe Khan has left her social media followers in shock after sharing a snap of her tiny waist following surgery to remove fat to have it injected into her bum.
The Playboy model kept fans up to date as she traveled to Turkey for a 'bum lift' and she couldn't wait to show off the results of the surgery.
Taking to Instagram, Chloe shared and then deleted a snap of herself showcasing her tiny waist in a corset. She captioned the shot with, 'I am blown away with everything. Can’t wait to show you my full results. Having a few no makeup days and peaceful recovery. YouTube vid will be up soon. Thanks so much elite for my waist, hips and booty on fleck #BBL #Upgrade.'

Just hours later, with no explanation of her decision, Chloe deleted all trace of the snap from her account.
She later uploaded another snap of herself wearing a black t-shirt with the caption, 'A rare no make up selfie 🙈 no filter , no nails . No nothing lol . Pic is this morning I got out of surgery earlier today and I feel fabulous @elitecosmeticsurgery'.
Before the surgery Chloe posted a video to fans detailing the process she was about to endure. Admitting it's 'not implants', Chloe said the procedure involves doctors taking fat from her own body that she doesn't want and putting it into her bottom.
She said, “I’m on my way to Elite after care, it is in Turkey so I’m going to jump on a quick flight, to go and get a Brazilian butt lift."
“It’s not implants, they actually take all the fat from your own body that you don’t want and they put it all in your booty, to give you that fat a—e. So for someone who isn’t that fat, or wasn’t, I’ve been stuffing my face on Dominoes and loads of munchies all week to pack on the pounds.”
Chloe sparked controversy on the 2016 summer edition of Celebrity Big Brother when she got steamy with fellow housemate Stephen Bear despite him having a girlfriend on the outside.
The pair enjoyed a number of snogs in the house and even left viewers cringing when they were involved in some x-rated action in the bathroom. Despite no cameras picking it up, it was clear to viewers what was going on due to the pair both wearing microphones.

Their actions led to Bear's girlfriend at the time, Lillie Lexie Gregg, entering the house during a live task to confront the reality star.
