Cardi B left with HUGE head bump after 'physically fighting' Nicki Minaj

Cardi B and Nicki Minaj's feud goes back months, but it seemed as though they'd put the past behind them after Nicki reportedly gifted Cardi B with a beautiful baby basket after she gave birth to her daughter Kulture.

Unfortunately, it turns out that is NOT the case at all, after the pair had a 'physical fight' at the Harper's Bazaar ICONS party in New York on Friday night (7th Sept) - leaving Cardi shoeless with a MASSIVE bump to the head.

According to reports, they were filmed fighting and police had to be called, with a source telling Page Six, "It was bad. They were separated by security, but Cardi was still trying to get at her.

"She took of a giant red shoe and threw it at Nicki - who was being blocked up against a wall by huge security guard. There was a giant fist full of hair on the floor. One of Cardi’s assistants came and grabbed it and took it with her."

TMZ have reported that a member of security attempted to break up the fight, elbowing Cardi in the head and causing the huge mound. Although it's not clear what had started the fight, Cardi - whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar - took to her Instagram page to give her side of the story.

Posting a word image to her profile, she wrote, 'I let you sneak diss me, I let you lie on me, I let you attempt to stop my bags. You've threaten other artists in the industry!! I addressed you a second time in person, and every time you copped the plea!!

'But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter is when all bets are off! I've worked too hard and come too far to let anybody f--- with my success!!!!' sic

Nicki has not yet commented on the situation, but a fan caught the moment on camera, posting a video to Instagram with the caption, '1. Yes that was me next to that @iamcardib @nickiminaj fight, and no I don't know how I ended up there at the same time. 2. I NEVER gave a statement to the press who hit whom and I would never do that - it's none of my business.

'3. Be assured that Nicki and Cardi never got as close to each other as they would have even been able to physically hit each other. I am sharing this video (my footage) so you can see the truth 4. Deleting this once the craziness is over.' sic
