Join Arlene from Boogie in the Morning as she ‘takes a big chilly dook’ in the North Sea down at Aberdeen Beach on Sunday 2nd November!
The challenge is to raise £30,000 for the Winter Warmer Appeal, and she'll be there to take the plunge too!
This year thousands of local children may once again go without warm winter clothing and we need your help to tackle this crisis. Taking a dook will give you a small insight into the cold feeling that those children could feel everyday.
