Workers Evacuated After Fire At City Centre Office Block

Workers had to be evacuated from a city centre office block this afternoon after a fire broke out.

The blaze started at the Union Plaza on Union Wynd at 1:20pm.

Three appliances from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were sent to the scene, along with 13 firefighters.

Workers were forced to flee the building until the fire was put out at around 2pm.

Nobody was injured.
