Watch: North East schoolboy uses pocket money to buy Mission Christmas toy
Leo Rasmussen, 8, bought the board game Cluedo
A young boy from Aberdeenshire has generously used his pocket money to buy a toy for Cash For Kids Mission Christmas appeal.
Leo Rasmussen, 8, from Newmacher was out shopping to spend the £5 of pocket money he had saved up over five weeks.
After giving it some thought, he decided that he would buy a something for another boy or girl who may not be as lucky as him on Christmas morning.
He told our reporter Phil McDonald why he decided to do it.
More details on how you can get involved with Mission Christmas can be found here -http://www.northsound1.com/charity/mission-christmas/
Cash For Kids has told us that they are in desperate need of gifts for children between the ages of 12-15.
If you are struggling for ideas, a great present would be a shopping centre or cinema voucher, board game, book, make-up, hair or facial care products, sports clothes or sports equipment.
However, every donation is as much appreciated as the next one!
