Scottish Swimming has unveiled it's National Framework at Aberdeen's Aquatics Centre
Scottish Swimming has rolled out a training programme across the city.
Support will be given to facilities like the Aquatics Centre to deliver quality tuition and coaching.
Double Olympic silver medallist Duncan Scott's backing the programme.
