She was in a car which overturned in a burn near her home in Ellon

People have been paying tribute on social media.
Coach at Ythan Swimming Club Barry Gault says she was always smiling and the team will miss her greatly.
Sandra Murdoch says Kirsten was a lovely kind girl from a loving family, and Susan Beedie says she will be missed by many.
Head Teacher at Meldrum Academy, Andrew Travis, said: "We are all so sad to hear the news of the loss of Kirsten at such a young age.
"She was a gentle and well-respected pupil who was loved by both the pupils and staff throughout the school and was a conscientious student who always tried her best at all she did.
"She will be sorely missed by all who knew her and our thoughts are very much with her family at this time."
Police Scotland say they're still supporting her loved ones at this very sad and difficult time.
