An ATM was ripped from Morrison's supermarket in Banchory at around 3am this morning, with police now analysing CCTV to catch the culprits.

Tens of thousands of pounds has been stolen in a bank machine raid in Aberdeenshire. An ATM was ripped from Morrison's supermarket in Banchory at around 3am this morning. The culprits are also thought to have stolen a car - a blue Land Rover Defender with the registration plates R451 UMS - from the Aboyne area overnight. Police will now analyse CCTV footage from the surrounding area, in an attempt to trace the culprits.
