Police have charged a teenager from Aberdeen with the Twitter abuse of a young Celtic fan with Down Syndrome on Twitter. 11 year old Jay Beatty was honoured at Parkhead on Sunday, when he was given the SPFL Goal of the Month award for January. It happened at half time during Celtic's game against Aberdeen, which the Glasgow team won four nil. After the match offensive comments were allegedly posted online about Jay. A 19 year old man has been charged. The police say they will tackle anti-social behaviour, whether it's on the street, in a football ground, or on social media.
