One Person Seriously Injured In Aberdeen Car Crash

There has been a serious one car accident in Aberdeen this afternoon.

The car is believed to have crashed into a lamp post on Great Southern Road by Duthie Park at around 1:15pm.

One person has been seriously injured in the accident and they have now been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

Police have closed the road and diversions have been put in at Whinhill Road and Riverside Drive.

Emergency services are still on the scene.
