Missing Minlaw pensioner found safe and well
An elderly woman who police issued an appeal to identify over concerns for her welfare has been traced safe and well.
An elderly woman who police issued an appeal to identify over concerns for her welfare has been traced safe and well.
The woman was spoken to by a member of the public on the disused railway line near Newton Grange in Mintlaw, Aberdeenshire, at around 2.00pm on Saturday.
Officers asked for help to find her after she was reported to be in a confused state.
Police Scotland said: We are pleased to confirm that the elderly lady in Mintlaw we were concerned about earlier has been identified and traced safe and well.''
