Man Fined After Driving While On Phone And Laptop

A driver caught on his mobile, wearing earphones and with a laptop on in the passender seat, in Aberdeen, has been fined and given three points.

47-year-old Ivor McBean, from Dundee, was caught after the video was posted online by the anonymous video-blogger known as Aberdeen Cycle Cam.

He had been driving along Aberdeen's Queen's Road at the time.

The video then became popular online, and it has over 300,000 views on Youtube.

McBean was fined £100 and was handed three penalty points at Aberdeen’s Justice of the Peace court today.
