An oil expert has told Northsound News that the North Sea crisis could spark a second Scottish independence referendum.
Just this week, over 200 jobs have been cut from a number of companies, and the price of oil continues to sit below $30 a barrel.
Now, Professor Alex Russell, from Robert Gordon University, wants the Scottish Government to be able to take full control of the North Sea. He says failure to do so could lead to demand for a second referendum.
