LISTEN: Manager Of ACT Aberdeen "Worried Sick" About New Legal Highs Store
The Operations Manager of ACT Aberdeen, formerly known as the Arts Centre, has told Northsound News about her worries over the safety of the young people that attend the centre, now that a brand new legal highs store has opened up across the road.
'Harminasion' have just in the last few days opened the doors to their brand new King Street premises, situated directly opposite ACT Aberdeen.
The owners of the controversial store previously had a premises on George Street, which was shut down by police earlier this month, due to anti-social behaviour.
The stores are known to sell substances in brightly coloured packages, all with the label "not for human consumption".
Our reporter Hope Webb sat down with Operations Manager Paula Swan, to discuss her worries.
