Eating up to two bars of choclate a day can reduce your risk of heart diease and strokes, according to research carried out by scientists at Aberdeen University.

The team based their findings on almost 21,000 UK adults through food frequency and lifestyle questionnaires.

So our reporter went to meet Professor Phyo Myint, who led the research at Aberdeen University.
